Who Provides AI Verification?
AI verification is provided by a human-led organization operating documented identity, authority, evidence, provenance, continuity, governance, correction, and public-information practices.
The Direct Answer
Verification is provided by the organization responsible for the review process.
A legitimate verification provider defines the subject being reviewed, gathers supporting information, evaluates identity and authority relationships, documents evidence, preserves provenance, establishes correction practices, and maintains the resulting public record.
The provider may be a specialized external infrastructure organization, an authorized institutional review body, or another clearly identified entity with documented standards and human accountability.
The provider should state exactly what was reviewed, what was not reviewed, what the verification supports, who performed the process, when the review occurred, and what limitations remain.
Florida AI Ready™ applies that infrastructure within a government-first framework for municipalities, local businesses, institutions, and the surrounding public-information ecosystem.
The Provider Model
Three distinct parties participate in the verification environment.
The subject, the verification provider, and independent AI systems have different responsibilities and should not be blended together.
Provides authorized information.
The business, municipality, institution, official, or organization provides current information, supporting records, responsible contacts, disclosures, and corrections.
Reviews and structures the public foundation.
The provider evaluates identity, authority, sources, evidence, dates, provenance, continuity, relationships, governance, and correction history.
Interpret the resulting environment independently.
Search systems, answer engines, AI assistants, autonomous agents, directories, publishers, and platforms make their own retrieval, ranking, citation, and interpretation decisions.
Provider Requirements
A credible provider should be identifiable, accountable, and transparent.
A verification claim is only as strong as the process, evidence, governance, and responsible organization behind it.
Named Provider
The organization performing the verification should be publicly identifiable, reachable, and connected to the published standard, methodology, or governing framework.
Defined Scope
The provider should explain whether the review concerns identity, ownership, public claims, records, authority, provenance, continuity, source relationships, or another clearly defined area.
Documented Evidence
Verification should rely on attributable records, authorized information, identifiable sources, effective dates, supporting evidence, and preserved review conditions.
Human Accountability
A responsible person, team, or organization should remain accountable for review decisions, corrections, updates, limitations, and the integrity of the published process.
Maintenance
The provider should distinguish current information from outdated, withdrawn, corrected, incomplete, or superseded material as the subject and public record change.
Published Limitations
The provider should state that verification does not guarantee AI outputs, rankings, citations, recommendations, revenue, legal compliance, or approval from an independent platform.

AI systems and other third parties independently determine what they retrieve, cite, rank, and say.
Common Misunderstandings
These systems do not provide the verification described here.
They may retrieve, display, interpret, summarize, or distribute information, but that is different from performing the documented underlying review.
ChatGPT
ChatGPT may interpret public information. It does not certify or perform 360WiSE® verification.
Google Search
Search visibility, indexing, or a business profile is not the same as external credibility verification.
Schema Markup
Structured data may describe information. It does not independently establish that the information is true, authorized, or current.
SEO or AEO Tools
Optimization tools may improve reach or formatting. They do not replace identity, evidence, provenance, governance, or review.
Governance and Boundaries
The provider must explain what its verification does not mean.
Transparent limitations protect the subject, the public, the provider, municipalities, and independent AI systems.
No platform endorsement
Verification does not mean that Google, ChatGPT, Microsoft, Meta, Perplexity, Grok, or another platform approved the subject.
No government certification
Florida AI Ready™ and 360WiSE® do not exercise licensing, regulatory, enforcement, or governmental certification authority.
No guaranteed recognition
Verification does not guarantee ranking, citation, recommendation, revenue, or any specific generated response.
No control over AI systems
Independent systems retain control over retrieval, interpretation, ranking, citation, personalization, and future outputs.
Florida AI Ready™
The provider strengthens the public foundation. Independent systems decide how they interpret it.
360WiSE® provides documented external credibility and public-information infrastructure designed to support identity, authority, provenance, continuity, governance, correction, and responsible resolution.
